The Dear & Departed has won an international fanbase and developed even
further into a potent outfit that mixes in influences from New Order to
Placebo, whilst always maintaining a sound unique to only them. Every Waking
Moment is the band's first full length offering for Equal Vision and was
produced by Chad Gilbert (New Found Glory, A Day To Remember). Vocalist Dan
Smith, a tattoo artist for over 7 years, is a cast member of LA Ink - the
